Preamble
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Golf Maroc, located at Place Navard, Avenue Grenade, Tangier, Morocco, and any person wishing to book a stay, golf package, green fee, transfer or travel service offered on www.golfmaroc.net.
Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.
Purpose of the services
Golf Maroc offers golf holidays in Morocco which may include, depending on the offer or quote, accommodation, green fees, transfers, local assistance and additional services.
Only the services expressly mentioned in the quote, booking confirmation or contract sent to the client are included.
From-prices
Prices displayed on the website are indicated as from-prices, in euros and per person unless otherwise stated.
They are indicative and may vary according to travel dates, season, hotel availability, tee times, number of travellers, room type, transfers and requested services.
The final price is the one stated in the personalised quote or booking confirmation sent by Golf Maroc.
Included and excluded services
Each stay specifies the services included. Unless otherwise stated, international or domestic flights, insurance, personal expenses, hotel extras, meals and drinks not mentioned, local taxes, tips and services purchased directly on site are not included.
Any service not expressly stated as included is considered optional.
Booking request
Any request made through the website, by email or by telephone is a request for availability and not a confirmed booking.
The booking becomes firm only after availability has been confirmed by Golf Maroc, the quote has been accepted by the client, the requested deposit or payment has been made and written confirmation has been issued by Golf Maroc.
Payment
Unless specific conditions are stated in the quote, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid according to the deadlines indicated in the booking confirmation.
For bookings made at short notice, full payment may be requested upon confirmation. Late or missing payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Changes requested by the client
Any request for changes must be sent in writing to Golf Maroc. Changes are subject to the availability of hotels, golf courses, transport providers and local partners.
They may involve additional costs. Golf Maroc will inform the client of any cost before confirming the change.
Cancellation by the client
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. Cancellation fees depend on the cancellation date, the conditions of hotels and golf courses, costs already committed with suppliers and the specific conditions stated in the quote.
Non-refundable green fees, hotel stays or services will be charged according to the conditions of the relevant supplier.
Changes or cancellation by Golf Maroc
Golf Maroc may need to modify certain elements of the stay due to unavailability, operational constraints, course closure, schedule changes, exceptional events or force majeure.
In such cases, Golf Maroc will, where possible, propose an equivalent service or an alternative solution.
Hotels, golf courses and tee times
Information relating to hotels, categories, facilities, photos, golf courses and services is provided according to the information available at the time of publication.
Some services may be modified, suspended or unavailable when these changes depend on hotels, golf courses or third-party suppliers. Tee times are subject to course availability.
Transfers
When transfers are included, they are specified in the quote or stay description. Any transfer not stated as included is considered optional.
Flight delays, schedule changes or extended waiting times may result in additional charges.
Travel formalities and insurance
The client is responsible for the validity of travel documents: passport, visa, administrative authorisations, health requirements or any other necessary formalities.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel insurance covering cancellation, assistance, repatriation, baggage, trip interruption and sports activities where applicable.
Liability
Golf Maroc acts as organiser or intermediary depending on the services offered. Golf Maroc cannot be held responsible for events attributable to the client, to a third party unrelated to the service, to an independent supplier or to force majeure.
Force majeure includes, without limitation, exceptional weather conditions, strikes, administrative decisions, course closures, unrest, accidents, pandemics, natural disasters or any unforeseeable and unavoidable event.
Complaints
Any complaint should be reported as soon as possible during the stay so that a prompt solution can be sought.
After the stay, any complaint must be sent in writing to Golf Maroc within a reasonable time and accompanied by the necessary supporting documents.
Personal data
Information provided by the client is required to process the request, make the booking and follow up the stay. Golf Maroc undertakes not to sell clients’ personal data.
Data may be transmitted only to the suppliers necessary to carry out the stay: hotels, golf courses, transport providers or local partners.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution.
Failing agreement, the competent courts shall be those of Tangier, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
